During my time as CEO of Baker Tilly US, the firm tripled its size, expanded into 15 new domestic markets, and successfully integrated more than 20 domestic and international organizations through merger and acquisition. During that time, I was rated #1 in Employee Satisfaction and CEO Approval Rating among Top 20 U.S. Advisory CPA Firms according to Glassdoor.

Today, I serve as CEO of Nichols Cauley, a financial services company in the Southeastern US helping small to mid-sized businesses and their owners manage, protect, and grow their wealth.

I also serve as Chairman of the Board at HKA and am a former board member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). I'm a frequent podcast guest and speaker on leadership, transformation, and the future of professional services.
